Polar Skate Co. offers a 14-day return window for all items in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that hardware and skateboards must be returned in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Sweden

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center in Malmö; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of the gear, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
